Marazul-Casitas Design Build Team is directed by Master Builder and well re-known International home and building Designer Xavier Garcia, Florida Estate Certified General Contractor, focuses mainly on combining design, building permit and construction schedules in order to "streamline the traditional Design-Bid-Build environment."
